Intro

I'm an electrical engineer by training; I got my BSEE at Purdue, my MSEE at USC then worked at Cypress Semiconductor (now part of Infineon) in Silicon Valley before moving back to Lahore to do all the things I couldn’t do on an H1-B visa’s creative restrictions.

I currently run my own interdisciplinary design studio, Studio Sapuri - where I and my team work on all sorts of physical, digital and intangible experience design. Of course, the core of it all is design - in all of its forms.

 

Work

My work is interdisciplinary in nature, and the goal has always been to design things across boundaries (case studies are in the menu above).

My engineering background combined with my passion for design - both physical and digital - and concerted efforts to teach myself design tools, techniques, methods and management allow me to create and deliver across departments and functions.
